劇情簡介/相關花絮：
故事以一啟夜市殺人案為開端，六個人的人生而出現轉折，詹文（黃聖球 飾）在他18歲生日這天，以改造的空氣槍犯下夜市隨機殺人案，沒有人知道沉默寡言的他為何犯案；每天跟他一起打電玩、畫漫畫的阿興（潘綱大 飾），深信自己摯友並不是故意要殺人，希望能為他找到證明；全案唯一死者小盛（賴澔哲 飾）是個沒存在感的小公務員，但在遊戲「王者世界」中他卻是稀有的國王階級。
這天小盛是因為等候加班的未婚妻Vita（黃姵嘉 飾），這才在夜市遇上死劫，這讓Vita感到很愧疚，重新思考自己每天加班到底為了什麼，但同時，卻又意外察覺小盛生前可能有出軌…；琳琳（王渝萱 飾）在「王者世界」裡盜用網美照，魅惑小盛以寶物相贈，在現實中她卻是住在黎明大廈的小太妹；黴菌（莫子儀 飾）正打算做黎明大廈的報導，跟琳琳約在夜市採訪卻意外讓黴菌成了制伏詹文的目擊者…，他們被迫面對各自生命中的缺陷與困境。
