總務部長三浦安雄在公司的迎送會上穿女裝，一開始是偷偷地試著女裝和化妝的，但是對同一性障礙的前輩椿說「你想穿女裝嗎？你想作為女性活下去嗎？」被問到「想成為女性」的心情高漲。在心理診所被診斷為「性別不協調」的安雄，下決心向妻子小薰告白，但是混亂的小薰完全否定。被命令扔掉女裝道具的安雄，到底能不能兼顧「作為女人生活的道路」和「與所愛的家人生活」呢……？！<hr>
