在自己的童年老家撫養女兒的年輕母親潔瑪，意外發現自己能夠進入「陰深處」，這個位於【陰兒房】宇宙核心、充滿迷失靈魂的煉獄空間。當邪惡力量開始接近她時，潔瑪逐漸察覺自己擁有一項足以改變一切的能力，她不僅能進入陰深處，甚至能將其中的存在帶回現實世界。一旦惡靈察覺這股力量，人類世界也將淪為牠們的遊樂場。
